Back with a Bang… Summer Party 2023
After a break due to the pandemic, we were happy to welcome back the 9th edition of our annual summer party. The glamorous event is celebrated within the property and construction sector with guests attending from respected industry organisations.
On Thursday 13th July, Thomann-Hanry® hosted their ninth annual summer party on the luxurious Ham Yard Hotel’s timeless rooftop in Piccadilly, overlooking many of the buildings we have worked on over the years in central London. We welcomed guests ranging from a variety of industry professions such as property consultants and owners. Despite our last event being in 2019 due to the pandemic, it was heart-warming to see that clients from within the property conservation and management industry still regard it as a must-attend event.
Our exclusive event was a great occasion for networking with industry legends such as RICS, Savills, CBRE, JLL, Chartered Institute of Buildings. In addition to representatives from Delfont Mackintosh, Avison Young and Ralph Lauren, Somerset House and esteemed 5-star hotels.
Canapes, champagne, barbecue, and summer cocktails were served throughout the event adding a touch of razzle-dazzle to a joyous evening. Music was provided by the talented solo guitarist Marcus Pike, who created a delightful ambience. Entertainment was provided by the incredibly gifted silhouettist Charles Burns who captured the essence of our guests by creating silhouette portraits of our attendees as gifts for them to take home.
We were moved to see new faces from new relationships we have built and old faces from relationships we have maintained over the years.
“The Thomann-Hanry Summer Party had become a somewhat legendry event within the industry, and we were so disappointed to have, what would have been our 9th event, at The Ritz, London – one of our earliest projects, cancelled due to the pandemic. Despite the 4-year hiatus and so many changes internally and externally it was great to see so many faces of old and new. Now the event is firmly on the map we can’t wait to do it all over again in 2024 for our 10th year.”
