Summer Party 2025
The 11th year of the Thomann-Hanry® Summer Party welcomed a pantheon of industry legends (and aspiring legends) to the Ham Yard Hotel’s verdant rooftop garden. The ‘must-attend’ event has gained a reputation within the property and construction sector as being THE summer party to catch-up with industry friends and colleagues in a relaxed and informal environment.
On Wednesday 2nd July, Mark Styles and the team from Thomann-Hanry® welcomed guests to an oasis of tranquillity in the heart of London in a return to the Ham Yard Hotel’s rooftop garden. The venue allowed our guests to unwind and chat, while also enjoying a glass of fizz, and a dainty canapé or three. With over 120 guests in attendance from a variety of industry professions such as property consultants, architects, building contractors, and hospitality management; it was delightful to see the Thomann-Hanry® Summer Party regarded as THE summer event.
The theme for this year’s event was that of a Champagne Summer Soirée, with each guest being provided with a glass of Champagne upon arrival before mingling with industry greats such as CBRE, RICS, Savills, JLL, and Chartered Institute of Building. In addition to representatives from Delfont Mackintosh, Avison Young, Ralph Lauren, Somerset House, and several esteemed 5-star hotels.
Along with the Champagne, gourmet canapés, and freshly prepared BBQ nibbles; live acoustic music was provided by talented singer/songwriter Lia White, which created the prefect additional aural ambience for the event. To make the evening even more magical, close-up magician Paul Megram enthralled guests with skilful prestidigitation which left them astounded and enthralled.

As with all previous Thomann-Hanry® Summer Events, it was wonderful to see so many of our clients in person in such a relaxed and welcoming environment. We look forward to welcoming everyone back again for the 12th Annual Summer Party in July 2026.
